Jesse Ingels' land career started in the middle of nowhere during the 2006 Recession when real estate prices were falling faster than foreclosure signs were going up. She spent her first years in the industry working in an independent firm in rural northern California where ingenuity and determination helped her become one of the top-selling land agents of the region. Learning to use and perfecting technique in social media to promote properties and services, Jesse caught the attention of the Small Business Development Centers of Northeastern California. Jesse began contracting with economic development organizations throughout the state to teach business owners to use these evolving tools to grow their businesses too.
In 2012 Jesse launched her own niche real estate brokerage in California and continues to operate it today specializing in rural land sales. Jesse's experience in land brokerage has been influenced by the nature of the geography she's lived in; she's not intimidated by dirt roads or mountain passes. After 10 years in California real estate, Jesse relocated with her husband and two children to the Pacific Northwest and decided to expand her brokerage services area into Washington state. She and her family can often be found camping, shooting, or rockhounding far beyond cell phone signal or electrical grids.
It is often said that the majority of Americans hold the highest percentage of their personal wealth in real estate so the decision to buy or sell land is often a life-changing event. Jesse holds the responsibility to uphold the highest ethics in these transactions to be sacred. A young farmer deciding to buy his own land for the first time or a family selling their ranch after generations of stewardship can be an overwhelming proposition that Jesse understands intimately. Personal relationships and ethical dealings have long been the cornerstones of Jesse's ambitions as a land broker and make her a vital asset to principals buying or selling land.
Jesse is studying Agricultural Science and plans to earn her law degree as well. She's passionate about property owner rights, sustainable agriculture, and outdoor recreation. Jesse will also be licensed in Idaho and Oregon in the coming months.
