Rick departed his small hometown on Lake Michigan in 2000 to follow the “Call of the West.” After settling in Eugene, Oregon, he has continued to be an avid outdoorsman by pursuing his interests, which include fly fishing, hunting, white water rafting, rock climbing and mountain biking on both sides of the Cascades and surrounding states.
Prior to receiving a bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon in 2016, Rick worked as a volunteer firefighter/EMT-I, commercial carpenter and welder. As an autonomous learner and someone who thrives to push boundaries, explore and grow, Rick currently splits his time with the University of Oregon’s Museum of Cultural and Natural History as a field Archaeologist and helping to manage a 2000-acre filbert and stock ranch along the McKenzie River where he resides.
In his own words, “The reason I chose to pursue real estate came down to the simple motto, ‘We live the lifestyle that we sell.’ I have always engaged and will continue to immerse myself in the beauty and wildness that surrounds us in the Pacific Northwest and if I can be part of achieving that legacy for another person or family then my time has been well spent.”

Dear Robert, I think you are one of the nicest people on the planet, and for sure the best realtor. Thank you for all your hard work, great advice, patience, and for sticking in there with me. You really went "above and beyond". The world is a better place with people like you in it and I feel really lucky to have crossed paths with you"

"We appreciated Tim's hard work. We had 2 different real estate companies prior to meeting you, over the time of a couple years they each brought us 1 prospective buyer. You in turn brought us numerous prospective buyers along with several offers, with a final close in under 2 years. We feel that you had a knowledge of where and how to market our business so it was marketed in the right places and to the right people. As you well know when the sale was finalized it was at our asking price with little or no haggling.
We appreciate the fact that you were available 7 days a week, and willing to show the business even on a Sunday with very little notice. Tim Thank you once again.

"We were referred to Jason a few years ago. We were looking for our dream rural property, however, competition was high and inventory was low. Jason found us a great starter home until the right property came along. He continued to keep looking for us; one day we received a phone call that he “thinks he found the one.” We drove out to that day, and we immediately knew Jason was right ~ This was the dream property we had been waiting for! Jason stayed on top of every detail, and we can't thank him enough for listening to all of our needs and wants and finding the perfect property for our family. His attention to detail, care for his customers, integrity, understanding of the market, and work ethic shined every step of the way!"
