Tosh Lanquist is based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Like many that grow up in a rural area, Tosh was raised around horses, livestock, farming and ranching. In his youth, Tosh raised animals for 4-H and worked on a local farm and horse ranch after school, summers, and weekends. One of Tosh’s fondest memories is winning the 1987 Champion 4-H Duroc pig with his favorite project animal, Elmo.
Tosh’s love of horses came from his grandparents, who raised quarter horses. His grandparents raced horses and Tosh would often travel with them to the race track. It was a learning experience watching some of the best horse trainers from all over the country.
Being an avid sportsman, Tosh enjoys everything related to the outdoors. Tosh learned to hunt and fish at an early age, spending countless days hunting large game, waterfowl, upland birds, and fishing. Now Tosh enjoys sharing his love of the outdoors with his family. It is not uncommon to find Tosh and his family in the woods or by a stream.
From the very beginning of his real estate career, Tosh gravitated towards more rural properties. The people that own them and the properties themselves resonate with him. His connection with Land and Wildlife and Land Leader was a pretty natural one. Tosh prides himself on his no-nonsense approach and the fact that his former clients are now his dear friends. He stated: “Selling rural property takes a certain type of person. It also takes a special kind of advertising. Hiring a condominium Broker to sell a horse ranch is about as silly as towing a backhoe with a Prius. Rural properties are my specialty.”
Tosh loves the outdoor lifestyle that Idaho has to offer and now enjoys helping others find their own perfect piece of heaven on earth.

Dear Robert, I think you are one of the nicest people on the planet, and for sure the best realtor. Thank you for all your hard work, great advice, patience, and for sticking in there with me. "We appreciated Tim's hard work. We had 2 different real estate companies prior to meeting you, over the time of a couple years they each brought us 1 prospective buyer. You in turn brought us numerous prospective buyers along with several offers, with a final close in under 2 years. We feel that you had a knowledge of where and how to market our business so it was marketed in the right places and to the right people. As you well know when the sale was finalized it was at our asking price with little or no haggling.
We appreciate the fact that you were available 7 days a week, and willing to show the business even on a Sunday with very little notice. Tim Thank you once again.

"We were referred to Jason a few years ago. We were looking for our dream rural property, however, competition was high and inventory was low. Jason found us a great starter home until the right property came along. He continued to keep looking for us; one day we received a phone call that he “thinks he found the one.” We drove out to that day, and we immediately knew Jason was right ~ This was the dream property we had been waiting for! Jason stayed on top of every detail, and we can't thank him enough for listening to all of our needs and wants and finding the perfect property for our family. His attention to detail, care for his customers, integrity, understanding of the market, and work ethic shined every step of the way!"
