Todd grew up working beside his grandfather working on a small dairy farm in Bingham County.  Todd enjoyed bird hunting right on the farm before he went to school for the day. He also enjoyed big game hunting in the area.  Life circumstances hit and Todd ended up leaving Idaho.

Todd’s path had a long stop in California where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with an emphasis in “deviant behavior”.  He spent 27 years in law enforcement with the Vacaville Police Department before retiring in June of 2018. Todd also found a keen interest in real estate and in 2001 obtained his real estate license.  In 2009 Todd left the traditional real estate firms and joined California Outdoor Properties where he has been able to focus on farms, ranches and recreational properties ever since.

Now that Todd has retired from law enforcement he was able to return home, to Idaho.  Todd is continuing to combining his love of the outdoors and his keen interest in real estate by helping people with the property of their dreams.
